Nothing. Carriers compensate brokers directly, so your premium is identical whether you enroll with me or on your own. You just get an advocate at no extra cost.

Can I change plans mid-year?

Sometimes. Qualifying life events like marriage, a new baby, moving, or losing employer coverage open a Special Enrollment Period. We'll review whether you qualify.

How do I find an in-network doctor?

Every carrier publishes a provider directory, but they're not always up to date. I always recommend calling the office directly to confirm — and I'll help if you're stuck.

What if my prescription isn't covered?

We can request a formulary exception, look at therapeutic alternatives, or — at renewal — switch to a plan with better drug coverage. Don't pay cash before we talk.

Do you handle Medicare and under-65 plans?

When should I review my coverage?

At minimum, every year before your renewal. Also any time you move, change jobs, get married, have a child, or turn 64 (six months before Medicare eligibility).
